Nigerian dancer and entertainer, Iweh Odinaka, popularly known as Poco Lee, has been granted bail in the United Kingdom ahead of his next court appearance over ongoing sexual offence allegations.

Snaresbrook Crown Court confirmed that Poco Lee was granted bail on September 11, 2026. He is scheduled to appear before the court on Tuesday, September 15, for a Plea and Trial Preparation Hearing (PTPH).

The development follows reports that the entertainer's case remains active, despite earlier speculation surrounding his release from custody. UK prosecutors have confirmed that the proceedings have not been discontinued and that the September 15 hearing remains scheduled.

Poco Lee is facing five sexual offence charges in the UK, including allegations of attempted rape, rape and assault by penetration. He has denied the allegations and maintains that he is innocent.

Following his release on bail, the entertainer spoke publicly about the case, reiterating his innocence and thanking those who have supported him during the legal proceedings.

His next appearance at Snaresbrook Crown Court is expected to provide further direction on the case as the legal process continues.

Poco Lee remains presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in accordance with the law.
