Hon. Babatunde Komolafe Festus, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for the Atakumosa East/West State Constituency in the Osun State House of Assembly election, has reportedly been apprehended by personnel of the Nigerian Navy in Ifewara, his hometown.
