Nollywood actor and filmmaker Femi Adebayo has unveiled the Euphoria 360 Hub, a multi-billion-naira creative facility located in Oregun, Ikeja, Lagos State.

The facility, unveiled on October 6, 2026, serves as the headquarters of Adebayo’s Euphoria360 Media Limited and is designed to provide a broad range of services across the creative and entertainment industry.

The ₦40 billion facility features production and post-production studios, distribution facilities and training programmes through the Euphoria360 Film Academy.

It also houses two cinema rooms and provides specialised facilities for music video production, film editing and visual effects.

The Lagos State Deputy Governor, Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat, commissioned the facility during the unveiling ceremony. He commended the initiative, particularly its potential to nurture young talents and contribute to the growth of Nigeria’s creative industry.

The event attracted several personalities from Nollywood and the entertainment industry, including Odunlade Adekola and Kunle Afolayan, who joined other guests to celebrate the new creative hub.

Reacting to online jokes and comments about the reported cost of the facility, Adebayo appeared to take the remarks in good humour, saying the investment represents where money starts rather than where it ends.

The Euphoria 360 Hub is expected to provide opportunities for professionals and emerging talents in film, television, music and other creative fields while strengthening Lagos’ position as a major hub for Nigeria’s entertainment industry.
